Great product

Bought as a gift, really happy with my purchase. Quick delivery, good quality, inscription as requested. My only minor criticism was the edges could be smoother rather than a rough edge. Can't comment on durability due to it being a gift

I ordered one of these coasters but was not happy with the inscription. I contacted Charlie who agreed to replace it straight away. The replacement came today and is perfect. Lovely item and excellent customer service.
