I was really impressed with the items themselves. They made beautiful Christmas presents. They did take a while to arrive though (18 days), so if ordering for Christmas make sure to order early. I would suggest that the seller add a a note to explain which wood is which. I had to message about this but did not receive a reply for over two weeks so, anxious to order in time for Christmas, made a guess. I’m glad I did because by the time I received a reply it was too late for Christmas orders to be fulfilled. I also requested a proof as my order was not ‘standard’ but did not receive one. Thankfully, they turned out perfectly. When they still had not shipped long after they were due I sent a message but did not receive a reply. So all in all, lovely product but service needs a little improvement.
