I was extremely wary before ordering this item. It is a Christmas gift for a new boyfriend, in memory of his granddad. As the relationship is new, I could only get hold of a low quality picture that I found on Facebook. However, when the item came I was beyond pleased. It looks absolutely amazing! I am sure him and his family will be over the moon with it.

The bauble is beautiful, I am over the moon with it and can’t wait for the recipient to receive it. Obviously a very busy time for them but the communication was poor. I emailed 3 times as I never received an order confirmation. I was left worrying my order hadn’t been received or missed as it went passed the dispatch date. However that aside I will order again in the future.
