Lovely product, awful customer service & comms

The item is lovely, but this business did not act like a business at any stage. The estimated delivery dates were missed by about three weeks, during which I sent multiple emails asking for an update, called the company (it just rings out, at all times of day and night) and even chased them via their Etsy shop, even though I'd ordered directly. To have received no reply, or delivery updates is really poor. Save yourself the hassle and get something similar from a proper company who knows how to deal with customers properly.
