My 2 year old daughter loves her, brought one for my baby too so they have identical. Took a while to respond to my queries but otherwise happy with my product.

Monogram Personalised Children's Mug

After a month of silence on the part of this shop, a dispute case and a refund, I actually did receive this mug today. It is as described and perfect for my daughter. However, I cannot recommend this shop unless they clear up their order and shipping timeline and actually respond to customer inquiries.

Monogram Personalised Children's Mug

After a month of silence on the part of this shop, a dispute case and a refund, I actually received this frame today. It's well constructed and the photos look lovely. It is missing my personalization on the plaque (despite my sent message with details). It would have been a lovely Christmas gift for my mom. However, I cannot recommend this shop unless they clear up their order and shipping timeline and actually respond to customer inquiries. You cannot say "Ships in 1-2 Days" and then completely ignore any messages. They couldn't even confirm to me if it *had* shipped. Total mess.
